Eligibility for Returns:
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- Perishable items, such as food products, cannot be returned for health and safety reasons.
- Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.
Return Process:
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer support team at customer-care@sta-dukaan.de or create a Ticket here, to request a return authorization.
- Once your return request is approved, carefully package the item(s) you wish to return, ensuring they are securely packed to prevent damage during transit.
- We will arrange for the Pickup of the Product.
- Once we receive the returned item(s) and verify their condition, we will process your refund.
Refund Policy:
- Refunds will be issued to the agreed upon method of payment.
- Please allow 14 days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges:
Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange an item, you will need to initiate a return and place a new order for the desired item.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, either by issuing a refund or sending a replacement item.
