Return Policy

At Sta-Dukaan, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we're here to help.

Eligibility for Returns:
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • Perishable items, such as food products, cannot be returned for health and safety reasons.
  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.
Return Process:

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer support team at customer-care@sta-dukaan.de  or create a Ticket here, to request a return authorization.
  2. Once your return request is approved, carefully package the item(s) you wish to return, ensuring they are securely packed to prevent damage during transit.
  3. We will arrange for the Pickup of the Product.
  4. Once we receive the returned item(s) and verify their condition, we will process your refund.
Refund Policy:
  • Refunds will be issued to the agreed upon method of payment.
  • Please allow 14 days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges:

Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange an item, you will need to initiate a return and place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, either by issuing a refund or sending a replacement item.
